Hey girl hey! 

A few years ago - actually 5 years to be exact I was right where you're at today. I was a new mom, married working a FT job trying to balance it all and yet I felt like I was losing myself. I worked at a job I dreaded going to and I felt like there was more to my life than being a wife and mother. I felt stuck!

Then I had an aha! moment and I started working on me and doing the inner work because what I came to realize and I want to share with you...

Once this clicked in my brain it was on and poppin, I started putting in the work by pushing past my fears. defining what happiness meant to me, figured out how I was merely existing in life instead of truly living and I discovered my purpose. 

My hard work paid off in a big way... 

  • I started going to therapy and was able to let go of the emotional and mental baggage that kept me stuck for over 17 years! 
  • I created BeFree Project in 2014 and I've never had to work for anyone else after launching my business. 
  • I've hosted 17+ BeFree Life Classes where I get women together to talk about their purpose, goals and ambitions in life. 
  • I've been hired to speak and share my journey at colleges, conferences and a number of other events. 
  • I've learned how to be authentically me and comfortable with living my life on my terms unapologetically. 
  • I created the Free Your Mind Journal and launched the Girl Be Free online shop.
  • I started living a healthier lifestyle by being mindful of what I eat and how I take care of my body.
