As I mentioned in the show this is just my opinion - I am sure there are more ways to feel stuck in your life but this is what I wanted to share on the podcast today.
- You stay in a funk
- You don’t know what you want
- You start and stop and lack follow-through
- You feel like you lost yourself
- You’re constantly comparing your life to others
- You’re consumed by negative energy
- You’re not the person you thought you would be
If you feel stuck do these 3 things to start to move forward.
- Start journaling
- Unplug from social
- Reach out to your support system
