You’ve made your vision board. You wrote down your goals. You have this long to-do list, but it seems like you’re never getting anything done.

You're frustrated because you feel like you're doing everything "right," but yet nothing is working. 

Well maybe you're focused on too many things at once versus focusing on getting one thing done at a time.  

If you're feeling overwhelmed by all the stuff that's on your plate and you're never checking anything off your list then it's time to take a different approach.  

Creating the life you want takes discipline and consistency. If you realize that what you're currently doing isn't working then let's consider trying something else and keep trying until you find something that works. 

I want to encourage you to focus on one thing at a time.  Yes, choose one goal off your list and let that be your main focus for the next 30 days.

Here’s what I want you to do:

  • Get your notebook/journal out and write down one goal that you want to get done in 30 days
  • Write down every possible action step that you will need to do in order to accomplish your goal in 30 days 
  • Take your list of action steps and assign a step for each day of the week
  • Add each step to your calendar or planner so you know what you have to do every day
  • Use your notebook to jot down any challenges and aha! moments you experience
  • Push yourself for the next 30 days to get this goal done 

Once you’re able to cross one goal off your list, this will build momentum for you to start working on the next thing. I want you to focus on taking it one step at a time versus looking at the whole staircase.

Now because I understand how challenging it can be when you're first starting out to focus on one goal at a time. I created the Do It Now Workbook to help you avoid procrastination and teach you practical ways to start getting things done. 

Once you complete the program you will then have the tools and resources you need to apply this strategy to the next goal and so forth. 

Time is precious and you're at a point in your life where you can't afford to waste any more time repeating the same old habits over and over again.
